Pradip Sharma is a bundle of energy when it comes to regaling the clients and his company with high professionalism in the field of adventure travel operation. Being brought up in the hilly region Dhading, one of the heavenly places of Nepal and also, Nepal itself is a mountainous land, his interest and passion is connected with nature.
His hobby of traveling and trekking turned to be a blessing in his career when he persuaded his bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM) in 2013 and started working in travel and trekking cooperation at various departments. Then, He got specialized with a Masters Degree in Nepalese History, Culture and Archaeology in 2015 from Tribhuwan University. Along with this, he also completed his second master’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management (MTTM). Since 2016, he has been involved in Adventure Mountain Treks (p) ltd, as a founder and managing director along with managerial activity. Besides business activities, Pradip Sharma is a part-time lecturer of travel and tourism in some reputed colleges of Nepal which as lead him towards the deep study of tourism needs and safety all round. Being a self-made well professional person in the Nepalese tourism field, he has gained practical knowledge & experience of guiding trekkers and handling every tour with the government certified Travel and Trek guide license.

The excellent interpersonal communication skill and visionary action of him have made him more responsible and dedicated towards his duties and responsibilities. His charismatic problem-solving approach and self-motivation is a thing that has helped him to establish as a successful person. He has a strong belief that his prime responsibility is making his client happy and contented.

Shyam Poudel

Travel Operation Manager

Mr. Shyam Poudel is our travel operation manager, He shares a passion for travelling from his early days. Following his passion, Shyam was quick to register himself as a registered trekking guide. Shyam guided the Himalayan trails for many years and shaped his expertise in the Himalayan landscape. His communication skills were top-notch and his networks were widespread from Government permit offices to the remote tea lodges everyone loved him and admired him.

A gifted problem solver, Shyam is our best go-to person. He is the Travel Operations Manager and handles the operational department completely with his leadership skills we are all set on the right path. From Essential bookings, travel coordination, customer support, assigning trekking and climbing guides, tour briefing, relation with suppliers, handling the trekking/climbing permit arrangement, and coordinating with the local bodies Shyam handles it all with ease. His multi-tasking skills are top-notch and fully service-oriented. He is one of the important assets of the company.

Kiran Pandey

Director of Sales Marketing, USA

Mr. Kiran is an Accomplished sales and marketing management professional with 8+ years of experience in his field. A level graduate on Travel and Tourism from Tribhuvan University and a postgraduate from the USA. Associated with Adventure Mountain treks Nepal on 2018, representing the USA market. Growing up, Kiran was always passionate for the mountains, especially for the himalayas. While living in Nepal he went for trekking on different himalayas including Everest Base Camp .Then he went to the USA for further study and has collected a lot of hiking and trekking experience there too.The founder of Adventure Mountain Trek Pradip Sharma himself is one of his closest friends since college as they had their Graduation from the same college in the same field. Later on to contribute to the tourism industry of Nepal and for his love toward his passion Kiran joined hands with Adventure Mountain Treks as an sales and marketing director and assists to handle clients from American countries. He is one of the pride of our organization.

Mr. Prado is a successful result driven Business Development/Sales Manager with more than 15 years of experience. A well qualified graduate on Bachelor Of Business Administration in Management. He has also given contribution as an Author “The Angel of Death ” and is a nominee of the 2022 Lift award. He was inspired by the beauty of Nepal while traveling and that was the reason he picked up his pen and wrote The Angel Of Death. He is involved with us “Adventure Mountain Treks” from 2019 and is an influential member of Adventure Mountain Treks.As he is a Middle East inhabitant and runs a multinational business in the Middle East and Europe and is working with several people from all around the globe, he accords on our business development and sales marketing remotely from the Middle East. Mr.Prado, manages relationships with various businesses and deals with distribution channels, is responsible for assessing client needs and identifying solutions. He also performs market research on competitive landscape and industry trends. He is passionate about trekking and has been to different sites for trek . He is concerned about promoting tourism in Nepal and according to him, involving with us for tourism development and promotion is the best part of his life.
