Adventure Mountain Treks Pvt. Ltd. is a trustworthy, incorporated and top trekking company among many trekking companies in Nepal. Adventure Mountain Treks has some protocols which shall be followed strictly as it governs relation between clients and us. On this page you will get the information about our booking terms, cancellation policy on the behalf of both of us. We request that every trekker, mountaineer, traveler and adventurer go through this once before forming any kind of contract. These booking and cancellation terms apply for all trips.

 

Booking Terms

 

 We Adventure Mountain Treks try to make booking as flexible as possible. A booking is confirmed when the client and the company agree upon a certain trekking program with services, dates, itineraries and prices stated in writing or verbally. 

  • After agreement on a certain program, the clients should provide the required documents and do a confirmation deposite only then the program will be confirmed.
  • The company reserves rights to change the prices before confirmation deposit; however once the confirmation deposit is received the company is not authorized/allowed at all to change the prices unless the changes in program are  to be made as requested by clients or due to natural causes.
  • The company would not be liable to any warranty, collateral agreement, previous/prior agreement, description of services, or conditions, other than as expressed herein.
  • Remaining amount should be paid prior to two weeks before the trip departure.
  • Payment: Can be done by using the services like bank transfer, credit card, cheque, or by cash. All the banking information you need will be provided to you once you agree to book a trip with us. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

For any kind of trips or treks to happen different pre-arrangements like accommodation reservation, collecting permits, holding vehicles and guides, issuing domestic flight tickets etc has to be done for which we need to empower our employees which equate with labor and charges. Customer canceling the trip means canceling all those pre collected resources and preperations arranged by the company in order to function effectively. Which will cause you to lose a pre-expended amount. Therefore, returning a full amount after a trip booking is impossible. 

We do not force any obligatory trips for any of our customers. They reserve the right to cancel the trip for any reason as they wish. All cancellation requests should be submitted or informed to us via email or telephone call which we will acknowledge and the cancellation procedure will proceed as:

60 days prior to departure : Renounce of confirmation deposit 

30 days prior to departure : Renouncement of deposit and 50% of booking amount.

12 days prior to departure : Full renouncement of deposit and booking amount.

Take into consideration that no refunds will be made if you voluntarily drop a trip for any reason once the trip has begun.
