Everest Advanced Base Camp Trekking takes you to the most stunning and the unexplored northern face of Himalayas. It can be best trekking experience of your life going through the amazing peaks of Himalayas giving you a wonderful view from the top. Trekking to Everest Base Camps takes you to the altitude of 6340 m where the camp is located. It is the highest point that a normal trekker can take without needing the special permit. At the start of the trip, we visit some of most beautiful heritage sites of Tibet including Norbulingka and Potala palaces. As you move closer to the start of start of trekking, you get the chance to explore some of the most amazing landscapes and wonderful sites. We would be visiting a lot of places in between such as monasteries, temples and markets that give you the real feel of culture and traditions of Tibet. It is a challenging trekking but equally rewarding for someone who wants to experience the best.

Day 01: Arrive in Lhasa by air or by train
Our team of guides will greet you at the airport and you will be transferred to Lhasa. If you arrive early, you can take a walk to explore the beautiful city of Lhasa. You will be resting in the hotel overnight at Lhasa.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Lhasa
On the next day, we will take you to the best locations of the wonderful city of Lhasa. The sightseeing will include the popular Potala Palace, the home to several Dalai Lamas. In the afternoon, we will be visiting one of the most ancient temples of the world, the Johkang Temple. After an exhausting day, you will be resting in the hotel overnight.

Day 03: Sightseeing in Lhasa (Continues)
The sightseeing continues on the third day where we will be exploring the Barkhor Street, the lifeline of Lhasa. The main attraction will be the Barkhor market where you can shop for the traditional religious implements, Tibetan artifacts, books, Tibetian clothes, musical instruments and antiques. It will be followed by an overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04: Explore Yamdrok-tso and Kumbhum Monastery
Gear for a long and exciting day packed with amazing destinations and sightseeing. Leaving early in the morning, we will first travel to Yamdrok-tso and Gyantse Kumbhum monastery traveling from the top of Mt.Gangbala. On our way to the next destination, you will have a memorable view of the Nanchan- Kangtsang glacier. We will visit Gyantse and Kubum monastery before taking an overnight rest at Gyantse

Day 05: Travel to Sakya and visit Sakya and TashiLhunpo monastery
In the morning, we would leave for the Sakya Monastery followed by the TashiLhunpo monastery. In the evening, you will have plenty of time to explore the Tibetan market. We will be resting at Lhatse overnight.

Day 06: Travel from Sakya [4500M] to Rongpuk [5000M] 256km
After spending some time in Sakya Monastery, we will head straight towards the Mount Everest base camp crossing over the Gyalpo-la pass. You will be thrilled with the sight of the amazing Himalayan peaks from the top. We will be taking an overnight stay at Rongpuk.

Day 07: Warm up trekking to Everest Base Camp
Trekking experience starts today with a small trekking from Rongbuk Monastery to EBC of about 8 km. During this small trekking experience of about 3-4 hours, you will get a clear sight of the Rongbuk Glacier, the largest among the glaciers situated around the Mt. Everest.

Day 08: Trek from Everest Base Camp to Camp 1
Today, we would be trekking to the first base camp from the Everest Base Camp. It will be a memorable experience trekking through the Rongpuk Glacier in 5-7 hours of trekking to reach the Camp 1 at the height of 5460 m.

Day 09: Trek from Camp 1to Interim Camp
Today, we will head towards an interim camp located at the height of 5760 m. It will be a 6-7 hours of trekking between the ice pinnacles.

Day 10: Trek from Interim Camp to Camp 2
Trekking experience would get better as we move to the Camp 2 at the height of 5970 m. It would be a 6 hours trekking through the Changste glacier.

Day 11: Trek to Camp 3 and return to Camp 2
Today we would be trekking to the highest point of our trip to the Camp 3. It is located at the height of 6500 m in the middle of the glaciers. You can spend the night at Camp 3 or return to Camp 2 for the overnight stay.

Day 12: Return to EBC
We now return to the EBC, trekking down about 16 km to spend the night at Rongpuk guest house.

Day 13: Rongpuk – Shigatse 350km
We continue to retreat, taking an overnight stay at Shiagtse.

Day 14: Drive Shigatse to Lhasa 280km
Reach the final destination, Lhasa

Day 15: Leave Lhasa by air or by Train
We would arrange for a transfer to the airport or railways station for your departure
