Trip Introduction:

Mt. Everest, a pride of the world impressively standing as a world’s highest mountain with an altitude of 8,848 meters/29,029ft above from sea level. It is located in the Mahalangur Himalayas section of Nepal by making a line of divider in between two countries of Nepal and China. Along with the range of Mt. Everest, other high mountains such as Lhotse 8,516m, Nuptse 7,855m, Changtse 7,580, Khumbutse 6,366m etc are also standing impressively to add the flame of beauty. Peoples from the earth recognizes this peak with 6 different names; Mt Everest, Peak XV, Third Pole, Qomolangma, Sagarmatha and Daudhunga. All the names has its own history.

Many adventure lovers’ attempts climb of Mt. Everest every year mainly in two different seasons; spring and autumn. Mt. Everest Expedition has mainly two climbing routes one is known as the standard route which goes from southeast part in Nepal and second one is northern face which can climb from Tibet side.

Outline Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m/4,592ft altitude) and transfer to Hotel.

Day 02: Guided tour to Kathmandu’s World Heritage sites
Spend the day on the guided tour to Kathmandu. Kathmandu is the social and historical heart of Nepal. Visit its world’s heritage sites like Bauddhanath, the Tibetan Buddhist landmark, and Pashupatinath and other sites.  Additionally, meander through city bazaar to purchase some customary items of Nepal.

Day 03: Flight from Kathmandu – Lukla (2,800m/9,184ft altitude- 30 min.) & trek to Phakding (2,650m/8692ft altitude- 4hrs walk)
Take an early morning flight from Kathmandu airport terminal, a 30-minute mesmerizing flight. Land at Lukla airport (2800m). Start your trek to Phakding (2652m.) and stroll for around more than three hrs. While trekking, you head up the Dudh Koshi Valley on a trail to Phakding (2652m).

Day 04: Trek: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft altitude- 5-6 hrs. walk)
This day you will cross the rivers on high suspension bridges. Past Monjo (2800m.) reach to the passageway to the Sagarmatha National Park. You at that point climb steeply to Namche. You can likewise visit few of the village monasteries in transit trekking to Namche Bazaar (3440 m).

Day 06: Trek: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,867m/12,684ft altitude, 5-6 hrs. walk)
From Namche, the trail shapes around the edge of the valley, high over the Dudh Kosi. Going through a few towns the trail plunges steeply to an extension over the waterway Dudh Koshi at Phunki Tenga (3250m). The village has a fantastic place for lunch and you can take rest for some time before making the precarious move to Tyangboche. Reach Tyangboche and visit the biggest monastery of Khumbu district.

Day 07: Trek: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,358m/14,294ft altitude, 5-6 hrs. walk)
Go down through a woodland, cross the Imja Khola and climb consistently up to the Pangboche village. Have outstanding scenes of the mountain, with scattered pine trees and the Gompa, Mani walls in the forefront. Progressively raise the trail via thick forests loaded with thorny, juniper bushes. Reach Dingboche.

Day 08: Rest day at Dingboche
Today spend the day for some relaxing at Dingboche with stupendous perspectives across Ama Dablam. Get acclimatized and training by our trekking guides for the challenging trail ahead.

Day 09: Trek: Dingboche to Chhukung (4,730m/15,514ft altitude- 5-6 Hrs. walk)
Today we will trek from Dingboche to Chhukung. The trail is genuinely flat with enduring slopes and descends throughout the route. At the beginning, we will have a fantastic view of Island Peak. Along the trail experience many bushes and see the grazing ground of the yaks. Reach Chukung.

Day 10: Trek: Chhukung to Lobuche (4,928m/16,164ft altitude) via Kongma La Pass (5,535m/18,154ft altitude- 6-7 Hrs. walk)
We take a trail on a slope which is over the Nuptse Glacier moraines toward the northwest of Chhukung. The highest point of the Kongma La pass is set apart by Buddhist prayer flags and Cairns. Enjoy excellent view from the pass with mind-blowing mountain scenes from north to the south such as Lhotse (8516 m), Makalu (8463 m), Ama Dablam (6814 m), Baruntse (7,220 m), and numerous others.

 The last slope of the pass is the most troublesome. Then climb the moraine on the far side, the path turns north through Khumbu Glacier. Reach Lobuche.

Day 11: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5,180m/16,990ft altitude- 4-5 Hrs. walk)
After breakfast, we will take the trail to Gorak Shep Lake. The trail is strenuous because of thin air in the high elevation. We go through rough dunes, moraine, and streams. Land at Gorakhshep.

Day 12: Morning Trek: Kalapatthar (5,545m/ 18187ft altitude); Back to Gorakshep & Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,380m/17,646ft altitude- 5-6 Hrs. walk)
Begin trekking early morning. During trail to Kala Pather well-known peaks like- Khumbutse, Lingtren, and Changtse become visible toward the east even Mt. Everest uncovers itself. And after achieving Kala Patthar we will get the opportunity to see 360-degree close-up and impressive panoramas of Mt. Everest. You can take pictures, appreciate the glorious mountain scene, and after that return to Gorakhshep.

We go through rough rises, streams, and moraine before landing at the Everest Base Camp. After achieving the Everest Base Camp, we can view various mountains such as- Khumbuste, Nuptse, and Pumori from the base camp.

Day 13-15: Rest & Acclimatization Day, Climbing Training at EBC
Today the day will be spent to rest and get acclimatized. Also, our trekking guides will train you for climb for the trek ahead to Mt. Everest.

Day 16-60: Ascend to Mt Everest (8,848m/29,021ft altitude) and return to base camp.
Mt. Everest, rising 8,850 m (29,035 ft.) above sea level rules as the most astounding mountain on Earth. We will start our Mt. Everest trekking trail with the skills and assistance of our guides, Sherpa group, and Base Camp staff. On the mountain, all our tour assistance will be centered around your security and wellbeing.

First, at Everest Base Camp, we will spend few days to acclimatize along with that spend time preparing for the climb ahead in the protected regions of the lower Khumbu Glacier.

On our first trail up the mountain, we move to Camp I and spend the night there. The following day we attempt a short stroll towards Camp II (21,300 ft./6,492 m). We ascend to Camp II and spend a few days acclimatizing in the region before going back to Base Camp.

Again, at Base Camp, we will take rest for few more days. At the point when the whole group is prepared, we’ll climb to Camp I, and with a right climate report the next day up to the Camp II. Next day to rest.

After that, we’ll put on our oxygen mask and scale to Camp III. Next day head to the South Col High Camp (26,000 ft./7,924 m). After achieving High Camp, we will rest the whole following day on oxygen and leave for the summit later.

You will climb to Summit with full oxygen flow. On reaching Summit, celebrating our successful climb we will take photographs and appreciate the magnificent and never seen before view all around us.

Later, start the trail back. Regular time to go down back toward the South Col is three to four hours. We will leave later to direct descend to Camp II. The next day we will go down back to Base Camp.

Day 61: Trek back to Pheriche (4,243m/13,917ft altitude- 3-4 hrs. walk)
Start our trek from EBC, going back to the way from days before. The trekking back will be much easier as we will gain acclimatization. Passed through Lobuche, Thukla, and land at Pheriche.

Day 62: Trek: Pheriche to Tengboche (4-5 hrs. walk)
Going down today, the trail is easier. After crossing the bridge over the Dudh Koshi river head further to the Kyanjuma the terminal of the trinity trails to Gokyo Valley, Khumjung village, and Namche Bazaar. En-route have an amazing view of mountains, as well as the dense wildlife of some species, can be found insides the rhododendron forest. Reach Tengboche.

Day 63: Trek: Tengboche to Monjo (2,835m/9,299ft altitude) via Namche Bazaar (5-6 hrs. walk)
Today the trek will be demanding after you pass an area called Monjo through Namche.  There are many little ascend and descend before Monjo. In Namche, you can have a relishing food.

Day 64: Trek: Lukla (5 hrs. walk)
We descend from Namche by again crossing bridges and returning to the valleys of the lower Dudh Kosi. Arrival at Lukla.

Day 65: Flight back to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel
