Everest Advanced Base Camp Trek

Detailed Itinerary • 13 Days

13 Days Tibet Nepal
Day 01 Arrival at Lhasa.

We will fly one hour from Nepal to Lhasa.

Day 02 Sightseeing in Lhasa.

After breakfast we will visit different places of Lhasa like Potalta Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor steet, Sera Monastry, Ganden Monastry etc. 

Day 03 Explore Yamdrok-Tso and Kumbhum Monastery.

Yamdrok -Tso: It is a famous sacred lake of Tibet. We will enjoy snow peak and Prayer flags.

Khubhum Monastry: It is Tibetan Buddhist Famous Monastry with Golden roofs and very powerful good vibrant.

Day 04 Travel to Sakya and visit Sakya and TashiLhunpo monastery.

Drive through Tibet’s high plateau to reach Sakya. Explore the Sakya Monastery and famous Spiritual Tashilhunpo Monastery in Shigatse.

Day 05 Drive from Sakya to Rongpuk.

Scenic drive through landscapes and Himalayan views to Rongbuk, the highest monastery in the world, with a direct view of Mount Everest’s north face.

Day 06 Warm up trekking to Everest Base Camp.

Acclimatization walk from Rongbuk to EBC (5,200 m) with close-up views of Everest’s icy north wall.

Day 07 Trek from Everest Base Camp to Camp 1.

Begin your high-altitude trek into Everest’s north route, reaching Camp 1 with stunning glacier and peak views with 9 km walking.

Day 08 Trek from Camp 1 to Interim Camp.

Trek deeper into the Rongbuk Glacier valley toward the Interim Camp, surrounded by massive ice formations. We will climb around 8km.

Day 09 Trek from Interim Camp to Camp 2.

Ascend further into the high glacial zone, reaching Camp 2 for breathtaking views of Everest’s upper slopes

Day 10 Return to EBC.

Descend from Camp 2 via Interim Camp and Camp 1, returning to EBC for rest.

Day 11 Drive from Rongpuk to Shigatse.

Drive back 350 km across the high plateau, passing scenic valleys and traditional Tibetan villages.

Day 12 Drive from Shigatse to Lhasa.

We will drive 280 km with panoramic mountain and river valley views.

Day 13 Leave Lhasa by air or by train.

Leave by flight or train, ending your Tibet and Everest adventure.
