Everest Kangshung Face Trek via Khatra Valley - Itinerary

Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Duration: Approx. 20-30 minutes drive
Distance: Approx. 7 km

Our company representative will welcome you at Tribhuwan International Airport and drive you by private vehicle to hotel. Preparation and briefing about the trip.

Day 02 Kathmandu Tour.

We would take you to some of the famous World Heritage sites in Kathmandu for sightseeing. It is not possible to visit all the world heritage sites in Kathmandu in a single day. Other activities include unpack, make arrangements of the climbing gears, know the fellow participants and discussion about our trip.

Day 03 Fly to Lhasa.

We will fly one and half hour from Nepal to Lhasa. After reach to Lhasa we will realax and explore Lhasa city shortly in evening. Overnight in Guest House.

Day 04 Lhasa Tour.

After breakfast we will visit different places of Lhasa like Potalta Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor steet, Sera Monastry, Ganden Monastry etc. Lhasa is a rich cultural city with tourist attction.

Today all you will visit Lhasa city.

Day 06 Lhasa to Gyantse, via Yamdork Lake.

Day 07 Gyantse to Shigatse.

Day 08 Shigatse to Shegar.

Day 09 Drive to Kharta valley

Day 10 Trek to Dhampu.

Day 11 Dhampu to Shao La.

Day 12 Shao La to Joksam.

Day 13 Joksam to Alpine Camp.

Day 14 Alpine Camp to Pathang.

Day 15 Pathang to Hoppo

Day 16 Kangshung Base Camp.

Day 17 Pathang to Langma.

Day 18 Trekking to Langma (continues..)

Day 19 Cross Langma la.

Day 20 Trek to Yuba.

Day 21 Drive to Rongphu Monastery.

Day 22 Drive to Zhangmu.

Day 23 Drive to Kathmandu

Day 24 Trip ends / airport transportation.
