After an early morning breakfast, we begin our scenic journey towards Dharapani. Along the way, you'll enjoy views of lush green hills, cascading waterfalls, and the deep Marsyangdi River gorge. The drive offers glimpses of rural Nepalese life and terraced farming landscapes. Overnight stay at a basic yet comfortable lodge in Dharapani.

After an early morning breakfast, we begin our trek, leaving the main Annapurna Circuit Trail behind. Today’s journey is long but peaceful, with a mix of flat sections and gentle ascents and descents. The trail winds through lush green forests and crosses several suspension bridges over roaring rivers. There are very few settlements along the way, and only one teahouse is available for lunch. As we near Meta, the trail climbs steeply uphill. Meta (3,560m) is a peaceful and scenic village nestled among surrounding ridges, offering an incredible natural ambiance and distant mountain views. After breakfast, we continue our trek across a wide and open valley. The landscape becomes drier and more barren, with few trees. The trail passes ancient chortens, monasteries, and traditional Tibetan-influenced settlements. You'll often see yak herds grazing on the pastures along the way. As we approach Phu (4,080m), a remote village close to the Tibet border, you'll notice its unique stone houses with stone roofs, prayer flags, and spinning prayer wheels. The mountain views and rugged ridges in the background make this village truly special. Overnight in Phu.
Today is a rest and exploration day in Phu to aid with acclimatization. You can visit the ancient Tashi Lhakhang Monastery, interact with locals, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayas. This spiritual and culturally rich village offers deep insight into traditional Tibetan Buddhist life in the high Himalayas.

After an early breakfast, we retrace our steps down the same trail. This day offers stunning views of Pisang Peak and other nearby ridges. We descend gradually, crossing scenic landscapes and small stone settlements. Nar Phedi is a beautiful place with a peaceful atmosphere and strong Tibetan Buddhist influence. Overnight at a basic teahouse or monastery-run lodge in Nar Phedi.

Today’s trek begins with an uphill climb through yak pastures, ancient chortens, and rugged terrain. The trail passes by cascading waterfalls, colorful prayer flags, and sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. Nar Village (4,110m) is a vibrant and peaceful settlement with rich cultural traditions. Its ancient monasteries, traditional stone houses, and warm hospitality make it a memorable stop. Today is one of the most challenging yet rewarding days of the Nar Phu Valley trek. We begin very early with breakfast and carry a packed lunch. The trail starts gradually as we trek towards Kang La Phedi, then becomes steep as we ascend toward the Kang La Pass (5,306m). From the top, we are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the Annapurna range, including Annapurna II, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak. The descent is long and steep through alpine meadows and rocky trails, eventually leading to Ngawal (3,660m), a peaceful village with ancient architecture and tranquil surroundings. After 1–2 hour walk from Ghyaru takes you to Nawal, a beautiful and open village with an ancient monastery – a perfect place for lunch. The trail continues through pine forests and yak pastures until we reach Manang. Overnight at a teahouse in Manan.
Today is a rest and acclimatization day in Manang. You can explore the following nearby attractions:
Gangapurna Lake and Glacier Viewpoint – A short 1-hour hike with beautiful lake and glacier views.
Ice Lake – A challenging 6–7 hour round trip with breathtaking panoramic mountain views.
Milarepa Cave – A 3–4 hour round-trip hike to a sacred Buddhist meditation site.

After breakfast, we leave the main village, cross a stream, and start a gradual uphill trek. Along the way, you’ll see views of Annapurna III, Gangapurna, Tilicho Peak, and the Chulu range. The landscape becomes more alpine and sparse. Overnight at a teahouse in Yak Kharka.

Today’s trek is a gradual ascent through open meadows and yak pastures. You’ll walk past stone walls and scattered shrubs, enjoying stunning views of Chulu East and Chulu West, and the upper Marsyangdi Valley. Thorong Phedi is a rugged, cold, and windy settlement at the base of the Thorong La Pass. Overnight stay at a teahouse.

This is the most challenging yet rewarding day of the trek. We start early in the morning with a steep climb to Thorong La Pass (5,416m), the highest point on the route. At the top, you’ll be greeted by prayer flags and breathtaking views of the Himalayas. After celebrating the achievement, we descend to Muktinath. The landscape transforms dramatically into dry, barren terrain. Muktinath is a sacred site for both Hindus and Buddhists, known for its eternal flame and 108 water spouts. Comfortable teahouse accommodation and delicious food await. Overnight stay in Muktinath.

After breakfast, we begin our drive to Pokhara or fly from Jomsom to Pokhara. The road is rough and bumpy, especially between Muktinath and Beni, but the journey offers spectacular views as we pass through the world’s deepest gorge, the Kali Gandaki Gorge. Arrive in Pokhara by evening. Overnight at a hotel in Pokhara.

After early breakfast, we drive or flight back to Kathmandu. In drive the journey offers beautiful views of rivers, green hills, and rural villages. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to your hotel for a relaxing evening.
