03Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla and trek to Phakding.
Duration: Kathmandu to Lukla flight (30 minute)
: Kathmandu to Manthali Airport (4 hrs drive) and Manthali to Lukla (20 minute flight)You will either take a direct flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (30 minute flight) or drive about 4 hours to Manthali Airport, followed by a 20-minute flight to Lukla. 04Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar.
Duration: Approx. 5-6hrs trek
Distance: Approx. 7.5kmAfter breakfast, your trek begins with uphill along the Dudh Koshi River. The trail offers views of forests, waterfalls, and prayer wheels. You’ll catch your first glimpse of Mt. Thamserku (6,608m).
At Monjo, you’ll enter the Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The trail features multiple suspension bridges, including the scenic Tenzing-Hillary Bridge. After that, the climb to Namche Bazaar becomes steeper and more physical demanding.
After about 2 hours of uphill trekking, you will reach at Namche Bazaar—a vibrant mountain town where tradition meets modernity. 06Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche.
Duration: Approx. 5-6 hrs trek

07Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche.

11Morning hike to Kalapathar and trek to Lobuche.
Early in the morning you will go to kallpather for sunrise and close of Everest view along others mountains and back, you will have breakfast then we begin to descend. We follow the same trail we took previous day, passing through lobuche after reaching thukla, we take a detour from the main trail and enjoying views a ama dblam and other mountains, we walk slightly downhill and reach Dingbouche from there continuing slightly uphill to Chhukumg. Chhukumg is peaceful place with surrounded mountains.

Generally for Climbing and Mountaineering we take up to 10 members in a group so that we can guide and coordinate each of them perfectly. If you have a group with more than ten members it’s fine with us. We provide some customizable features however if you are planning to climb solo it is not possible due to the restrictions made by Nepal Mountaineering Association(NMA).

Normally, within 12-24 hours after ascending a certain height (1,500 to 2,500 meter above sea level) altitude sickness symptoms like fatigue, loss of appetite, dizziness, sleep problems, shortness of breath, and loss of energy can be seen. In case of any altitude sickness symptoms we will apply medication and descend immediately for acclimatization. Measures for treating Acute Sickness:
- You should stop and rest where you are for at least 24 to 48 hours
- If you feel sick, take an anti-sickness medicine, such as promethazine/diamox
- Make sure you're drinking adequate amount of water
- Smoking, Drinking alcohol, or Exercise will make it worse
